Diversified Sourcing Solutions was founded as Dixie Staffing Services with the idea of being a service that could provide employees very quickly when our clients needed them. Extended office hours, a strong sense of urgency, and ownership throughout our staff facilitates our ability to make that idea a reality. The ability to maintain multiple office locations in most of our markets supports a quick response when required by our clients. This idea has been constant throughout our growth since 1989.
Dixie Staffing Services has evolved into a complete human resource solution provider and because of this evolution the Dixie Staffing name no longer fits because we now offer so much more than staffing. So, in September of 2008, we changed our name to Diversified Sourcing Solutions to more accurately reflect the company we are today.
The Principal Owners and Regional Vice Presidents of our company average twenty years experience in this industry and the majority of key managers within our company have tenure of at least five years.
